Happiness at the office
Hello everyone!
This is my first post on my brand new blog which I will devote to Business Management and more specifically to projects and services in modern private organizations. I really think good PM is key in leveraging organizations’ capabilities and in bringing happiness and motivation to our workforce. Projects, just like organizations, are made by people, human beings, and their interests are not too different to those of organizations and their Management, it is not as hard to find ways to make things happen in a socially responsible way when imagination and communication are called upon to our offices. Let us make enterprises a user-friendly environment for their employees and their customers!
